For a non-candy Halloween alternative, I found a cute (FREE!) printable at a fun party blog: piggybankparties.com
My version was printed on cream card stock. I used a hole
punch and simply threaded two glows stick through each card
(be careful not to "crack" them).
The glow sticks were from my local Dollar Tree store (5 for $1).

Note: These do use quite a bit of ink, but other than that they are fun gifts for:
- Classmates
- Scouts
- Nieces/Nephews
- Awana/Sunday School/Youth Group kids
- Co-worker's kids
